IBHAWI Training Institute
Virtual Training Policies
Rules, Regulations, and Expectations
To assure a positive learning environment and civility, IBHAWI reserves the right to dismiss immediately a participant from class for behavior deemed unruly. Wherever possible, a warning will be delivered to a student before dismissal. The Notice of Dismissal, which shows cause, will be forwarded via email to the student within 12 hours of the dismissal.
IBHAWI reserves the right of termination for anyone who violates IBHAWI rules despite one or more warnings and dismissal. Immediate termination will occur if the first-time rule-breaking is egregious, willful, and harms another participant or instructor.
The project maintains a zero-tolerance policy for the following:
● Behavior that casts doubt, harasses or abuses, and makes fun of another and
● Cursing, posting, or using offensive, sadistic, rude, menacing, derogatory, disrespectful, or offensive words and materials in class, or about persons met through class participation.
Basic rules of etiquette are necessary and required if we are to achieve successful training, particularly when training is online and intensive. By being present during the class, it is assumed that you have read and understood the IBHAWI rules and expectations. You will be requested to forward an email to IBHAWI to attest to your agreement to abide by all rules and regulations.
