JegnaXX is a mentorship program designed to support and empower Black women and girls by fostering meaningful relationships between experienced and elite mentors and motivated mentees. The program aims to provide guidance, encouragement, and resources to help Black women and girls excel personally and professionally.

JegnaXY is a comprehensive mentorship program designed to uplift and empower Black men and boys by connecting them with committed and professional mentors who can provide guidance, support, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. The program aims to create a strong network of mentorship and brotherhood to help Black men and boys excel in various aspects of their lives.
JEGNA~xx ARE ESTEEMED LEADERS WHO:
Foster a sense of community and sisterhood among Black women and girls.

Provide mentorship and guidance to help mentees set and achieve personal and professional goals, while equipping mentees with high values.

Enhance mentees' confidence, leadership skills, and self-awareness.

Promote networking opportunities and connections within various industries.

Create a safe space for open dialogue, skill-sharing, and personal growth.
JEGNA~xy ARE ESTEEMED LEADERS WHO:
Establish meaningful mentor-mentee relationships to foster personal and professional development.

Enhance mentees' self-confidence, leadership skills, and decision-making abilities.

Provide resources and tools to help Black men and boys increase resiliency, overcome life challenges, and achieve their goals.

Encourage a sense of community and camaraderie among participants.

OUR JEGNASHIP MENTORING PROGRAM aligns itself with our mission to promote individual/community growth and development by connecting aspiring members with the committed professionals of IBHAWI. This program is facilitated through an intentional course of action which is results, goal, and outcome driven. It embraces the idea of strengthening and making visions clearer and it embraces the idea of moving members into next level thinking.
Jegna (Jegnoch; plural) are those elite and honorable people who have demonstrated unusual and extraordinary fearlessness. They have shown courage and determination in protecting the existence in which they live. They have experienced restoration and revitalization out of struggle, battle, or conflict. They have shown diligence to our people. They are indispensable and have produced exceptionally high quality work which is to synthesize wisdom from life. They have dedicated themselves to the development, nurturance, and protection of our young people by constructing, cultivating, contemplating, harmonizing, and organizing our people, culture, and environment.
Jegna are intentional people who travel on a frequency that allows them to harness the faculties of the mind. They are great leaders who continuously grow and learn with purpose and promise for the future. They have mastered the art of activating innovative thoughts. They are among the professionals of IBHAWI and await leading our people and creating a legacy for future generations through this Jengnaship Mentoring Program.
